VJ IndiLife Campaign

In Pune’s evolving and fast-growing real estate landscape, Vilas Javdekar Developers, one of city’s most trusted brands, decided to launch a new asset class- multi-utility studios. With a fresh take on how to use a real estate space, the project at Pashan, VJ IndiLife, needed a 360° campaign to reach out to different profiles of customers and investors. We showcased the new-age real estate urban space with a visual language that was truly clutter-breaking. While the outdoor medium created a buzz about the project, we leveraged online marketing to reach out to the exact buyer profile from Pune and rest of Maharashtra. We also collaborated with different architects to create videos that illustrated how the space could be used differently. The campaign received an excellent response and gave VJ IndiLife the first-movers advantage in a chaotic real estate market.
