The legacy and presence of a regional spices brand that was crafted and conveyed effectively, using a simple cultural connect.


Vastushodh, a brand focused on affordable housing, wanted to establish its mission of ‘homes for all’ among the people of Pune. It needed a disruptive initiative to establish not just the brand, but its intent towards housing in India.


We strategically conceptualised and launched the Vastushodh Gruha Sandhi Yojana (VGSY) - the first-of-its-kind private sector model of ‘homes-on-allotment’ basis. Basically, it ensured flat allotment via applications on first-comefirst- serve basis, for flats in AnandGramTM and UrbandGramTM at five different locations, around Pune. From conceptualising the scheme and devising an effective promotion strategy with a 360-degree media presence (PR, Print, TV, Radio, Digital) to delivering Brand Support Services (Call Centre, Online Payment, Database Management), we executed everything.
